You should instead spend more of your time riding a bicycle, making snow angels, walking to your friends house instead of driving, playing basketball, or anything you can think of that involves moving and being active and not sitting on the couch watching TV!

To many people try and try to get on a work out plan and say they need to run a mile a day, 20 push ups, so on and so on, but most people do not enjoy that, so do things that you love to do and go have fun with burning some calories!
