One simple thing you can do is to crave those “HUNGRY” times of the day, only instead of chips, chocolate or whatever you crave, keep something healthy with you!

It is time for you to stash up on some apples, pears, peaches, bananas, carrots or anything you can think of. Maybe your at work and at about 3pm you are really hungry, make sure to bring something healthy with you everyday when you go to work and forget the unhealthy crap at home or throw it in the trash!

You will see a big difference fast by just this!  Eat healthy, and lose the extra unneeded salts, and forget them extra stupid calories!
