Very poorly run hotel; lousy internet and tv; poor service
The rooms are noisy and the floors bounce when you walk on them. The refrigerator almost fell over as it is not secured, just sitting on some plywood. The microwave is tiny. The internet is very slow and the tv speakers crackle (asked for a maint. man but they didn’t send anyone), no papers in the lobby most mornings and no one knows why. For over $100 a night I will go back to Hampton Inn. The room shower was good and reasonably clean but that’s it.
The front desk is useless. Asked three times for a tv guide before I was told none is available and the tv service they use has no tv guide so you have no idea what is on just what the channels are. What a joke. Also, the tv is good LG brand but they do not get high definition service so all the pictures are fuzzy. I hate this hotel and will never stay again and we were here for 8 days to see a doctor in town. What a mistake staying here!!!
