I just sent a complaint to credit one, but since I know no one else will ever get to see my honest feedback, and they will not do anything anyway, I thought I would post here what I told them so at least yall can see what is going on.

you guys treat me horrible always, and anytime I call in I always get
someone that does not even know how to speak English hardly! Also, I just paid off my cards in full a week ago, and I am told I have to wait an entire 8 days before I can use my cards again so you guys can verify my payment came from my bank? What a joke! I WILL NOT RECOMMEND YOU TO ANYONE.
