Horrible Owner-Sunset Inn & Suites
We’ve stayed multiple times. The last time we stayed there was no hot water in our massage shower in our fantasy sweet. We tried talking to owner, but would not stop talking and listen to us. Just made excuses. Finally he offered half off our next stay. Which was fine with us. I posted on facebook about our experience and
he called and told us that he is taking back the half off. All because he didn’t want to admit he had a faulty system even though their maintenance man came to our room and looked at it and said something was going out in the system. Very unhappy and will never return. I do recommend Rainbow Pink Palace in Chicago.
