Craftsman Golf Cart Charger – A Disappointment
I recently purchased a golf cart charger from the Craftsman Golf brand, and I must say, it has been a letdown. Within less than a year of use, I’ve encountered a series of issues that have left me frustrated and dissatisfied.
First and foremost, the charger fails to fully charge the cart. This is a fundamental flaw for a product designed for this very purpose. To add to the woes, the wires at the connector plug have become loose, raising concerns about the product’s durability and safety.
Another significant issue I faced was with the cooling fan. It malfunctioned and stopped cooling the charger, which could potentially lead to overheating and further damage.
However, what truly added salt to the wound was the company’s lack of support. Despite the product being under a year old, Craftsman Golf refused to honor or support their product. Their lack of customer service and accountability is deeply concerning.
In conclusion, based on my experience, I cannot recommend the Craftsman Golf cart charger. It’s essential to invest in reliable products, especially when it comes to electronics, and unfortunately, this one doesn’t make the cut.
