So, I am obsessed with Subway. I love me a good chicken teriyaki foot long. We have two subways in my town and they’re both usually decent. I also like to order through the app and then just go pick it up when ready. No problems there… however, I love the chocolate chip cookies but they are ALWAYS out. It’s frustrating when you buy it in the app and then you get to the store ready to devour your sandwich and cookies and no cookies are in the bag. They say “sorry
we don’t have any.” This is frustrating because it happens every time and I frequently eat at Subway. I understand maybe every now and again. Why can’t they call and let me know and refund me that money? I always just stand there trying to find a bag of chips that I certainly wasn’t in the mood for. To some it may seem like a small , but it’s the fact it’s EVERY TIME and I am unaware til I get there.
