Incredibly Loud Guests, No Help From Staff
Other guests in the hallway were screaming, running and banging on walls between 11pm and 4am. I am a heavy sleeper and woke up nine times. Our
baby also woke up seven times. The staff was unhelpful and non-responsive at night. The next morning, the desk manager told me that they cannot control other guests noise level.
