Recently, I reached out to Crigler Heating and Air Conditioning in Madison, MO, for some vent work in our home. The initial conversation was a bit unusual, with the representative seeming more concerned about whether we were selling our house rather than addressing our actual needs. After providing our address and details via text, as requested, we were told they would visit the following week. Unfortunately, that appointment never materialized, and our subsequent attempts to communicate went unanswered.
To share our experience, we left a review on their Google business profile. Surprisingly, our review was later removed, leading us to wonder about the authenticity of their all-5-star rating. It’s disheartening to think that other potential customers in Madison, MO, might not get the full picture. Based on our experience, it seems there are some operational challenges that the business needs to address. We had hoped for a more professional and transparent interaction and will be looking elsewhere for our needs.
