Finally Just Figured Out The Best Cheesy Queso Dip EVER
[AdsenseImage]
yeah, you read that right! I have been trying for years and a lot over the past few months! Here it is 3 am January 5th, 2019…. finally, after trying a billion other recipes and eating at restaurants that have amazing cheese dip, I have come up with my own! It really is not hard to make and only takes about 10 – 15 minutes, I cannot believe it took me this dang long to come up with this. I think the place that has some of best queso cheese dip is “Cheddars Scratch Kitchen”! Mine is not EXACTLY like theirs, but it is similar. I did finally figure out that the so-called “secret ingredient” I have been missing all this time is something that is super cheap and simple, kinda funny it is so simple, it is “BEEF BROTH” NO KIDDING!
Now since I came across this great taste while messing around trying so many different ways over the past month, I do not have many specific measurements, but I will tell you as close as I can.
By the way, I cooked all of this in a normal skillet pan on medium over the stove and just slowly added all the stuff in and kept stirring!

1. About half pound of hamburger
2. 1/2 to 3/4 a can of beef broth
3. teaspoon of chili powder.
4. 3/4 can of Rotel
5. nearly 1/5th or so of a green bell pepper cut up into little pieces
6. around 1 cup of Velveeta cheese.
7. half a cup of Monterey jack cubed cheese pieces
8. 1/4 of a block of cream cheese
9. 2 tablespoons of butter
10. about 10 shakes of ground pepper.
I know, all the amounts seem very odd, and I am sure they can be tweaked just a little bit, but this gives you a really good base that took me a long time to get to this point! It should not be super orange in color or super thick, but also should not be super runny or super brown. You want your mixture of the cheese and the beef broth to make the thickness and color about perfect, it should be an orange-brown color and taste so you know how to adjust. Good luck!
I do plan on making a video of me making this sometime in the near future, once I have eaten the batch I made tonight, head on over to our website WeaverFamilyFarms.com to check out more cool stuff and videos from on Youtube channel.
