1 STAR RATING… Here’s why….
Lies and lies. Was there to buy a new car (used, but new to us) only 1 of them on the lot, told we could go home and they would call us asap soon as the loan approval came through and the car we wanted would be moved to the back and held for us. The next day we called in and they forgot to call and tell us we were approved but we needed money down. Even though we are trading in a fairly new vehicle towards the new one. A few minutes later we were in Moberly and someone else was driving our car were wanted that we were told would be held. How interesting, not even 24 hours later not like it was weeks later. What a joke dealership. Beware of the snakes.
UPDATE: I will change my rating from 1 star to 2 stars, because they saw my review on google business, and they called me telling me to come in and they would try to put us in a new car instead of a used one, which was very thoughtful – I do not believe this was really the salesman fault, but the dealership as a whole. However, we do not want a new car, we want the car that was sold out from under us, too late now, the damage has been done and we will not be returning. I am 24 years years old as of the time of this rating, and I have purchased over 10 vehicles from dealerships without a problem, it was not my first rodeo so that had nothing to do with anything.
