Patti’s Taco Soup Recipe! This recipe will make quite a bit and it tastes awesome! It is also good for leftovers to eat later on or the next day!
1 jug of tomato juice (64 fluid ounces)
1 pound of hamburger
1 package of taco seasoning
2 cans of Rotel
1 can of corn (drained)
1 can of kidney beans (rinsed and drained)
Cook your hamburger first. While cooking add in your taco seasoning.
Put everything into a large pot and cook and stir until it’s hot and everything is cooked well!
Serve with cheese, sour cream and tortilla chips
