The installation was great. Their customer service is bad. The internet goes down nightly.
Not happy with them. When we can switch to a different provider we will. When we installed a WiFi router their system didn’t recognize it
and shut off our access.(years ago) so they told me to bring it in so that they could fix the problem. Then they lost it. No apologies no reimbursement. Ignored the whole thing
